Signs of Hope Iasi, Romania was sponsored by World Vision and the churches of Iasi.

Field experiences are always an integral part of a City Consultation.

Signs of Hope

Iasi, Romania

Orthodox, Roman Catholic, and Protestants come together to explore God at work in their city.

God's people are working to change people, places, and systems. Iasi is a key city in Eastern Europe where organizations and churches are working with passion for a better future. Ancient civilization and modernity intersect in this key urban center. Now Orthodox, Protestant, and Catholics gather together to work for the good purposes of God in Iasi.

Jonathan Sharpe (on the right) facilitated the Iasi City Consultation which was sponsored by World Vision. Father Cosntantine and Father Mihai  gave leadership to the entire consultation and Father Mihai hopes to see the consultation expanded throughout Romania. During the city consultation two new networks were developed. The first is a Lunch Network to gather people for relationship development. The second was a network to develop working relationships for transformation throughout the city of Iasi.
